ORANESSENCE - Robust Muscovado Sugar 300g

The robust Muscovado sugar is a natural, unrefined cane sugar. Originating from Mauritius, it is distinguished by its very moist texture and subtle notes of slightly caramelized licorice.

Unlike most sugars, muscovado is not separated from its molasses, which gives it such an enchanting aroma.

Excellent when paired with dark chocolate; it is wonderful in brownies and fruit cakes. It will also add depth to your marinades and barbecue sauce.

Ingredient: 100% Muscovado

Allergens: In our workshop, we handle the following allergens: mustard, sesame, peanut, tree nuts, celery, sulfites (natural presence: garlic, onion, shallot). We take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination. However, traces of these allergens may remain.
