Made of aluminum cast iron, suitable for all heat sources except induction and also for use in the oven (up to 250°C).
Aluminum cast iron is an excellent heat conductor, allowing the pan to heat up quickly for cooking.
With an 18/10 stainless steel handle guaranteed for low temperatures.
The Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating is resistant to high temperatures (up to 250°C).
The adhesion of the non-stick coating has been improved by a titanium layer between the aluminum and the coating.
This double-layer process extends the lifespan of the coating and enhances scratch resistance.
Very easy to clean after use.
