ALFAR TERRACOTTA – Ceramic garlic grater plate – Medium “Raíces” model

This artisanal ceramic grater plate is much more than a simple kitchen utensil. Handmade in southern Spain, it combines traditional ceramic craftsmanship with a functional design intended for everyday use.

Made from high-quality ceramic, it makes it easy to grate garlic, ginger, cheese, chocolate, nuts, fruit, spices, and citrus zest, such as lemon or orange. It is ideal for preparing sauces, dressings, marinades, compotes, baby purées, and many other homemade dishes.

Unlike metal graters, the ceramic surface does not oxidize food. It therefore preserves its aromas, freshness, and full flavor. It is simple and safe to use, with no blade or sharp parts.

Microwave- and dishwasher-safe, it is designed for everyday use and is very easy to clean.

Each piece is entirely shaped and painted by hand using food-safe glazes guaranteed to be free from lead and cadmium. Natural variations in color or decoration reflect the artisanal character of each creation and make every piece unique.

For even greater convenience, pair it with our compatible silicone lid (sold separately). You can then grate, serve, and store your preparations directly in one and the same container.
