In 1894, in Verona, they invented the Pandoro.
In 2018, l'Extrasoffice, the evolution of the Pandoro, was born in Acerenza.

To make it even softer than the original recipe, the Maestro Vincenzo Tiri used a mixture of three different natural yeasts, the result of long research which led him to find the best strains in the world.

Weight: 800g

Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, fresh eggs, sugar, natural sourdough (wheat), honey, cocoa butter, fresh milk, salt, natural vanilla pods from Madagascar.

May contain traces of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios), milk, sesame. The highlighted ingredients may cause allergies or intolerances.

Store in a cool, dry place. The product does not contain preservatives.
