Organic wildflower honey (Thousand Flowers) from Serra del Prete

The honey is produced by Pietro Civale's bees, who move his hives to mountainous areas , especially in Viggianello, in the Pollino National Park. This region, rich in biodiversity , allows the bees to gather nectar from a wide variety of flowers.
This honey, straw yellow in color, gives off a floral scent. It pairs wonderfully with cheeses and meats.
