PLACE DES ÉPICES - Organic Ras el Hanout 50g

Description

Ras el Hanout literally means head of the grocery, head of the grocer (Hanout is the shop). In other words, it is the blend of spices available on the stall or what the grocer has in mind when composing the mix.
Ras-el-Hanout, too often called "couscous spices," is generally made up of 5 to 6 spices including paprika which is in no way part of this blend. For us, it is a unique mix of 20 spices!

Made from more than 20 organic spices, this blend is unique. Straddling between red ras el hanout and yellow ras el hanout, this organic spice blend is strong in flavor but not very hot; it is very spiced in the literal sense, composed of several spices.

Ras el-Hanout is a spice blend; it is the curry of North Africa, the couscous spice for Europeans.

The Maghreb curry, found from Morocco to Tunisia through Algeria, varies from one region to another depending on the customs and traditions of the people.
It is used to make a beautiful Marga for preparing couscous but also to season the grain to make a culinary delight.
