Soft wheat flour type "1" - partly from sprouted wheat. Gentle grinding in cylinders allows the sensory characteristics of the cereal to be respected. Controlled germination, the result of five years of research by Molino Quaglia, allows optimal fermentation of the dough, guaranteeing the production of crumbly and light products in which the aroma of wheat is highlighted. Ideal for flat pizza, peel and roman pan pizza, focaccia, all types of bread.
