ORANESSENCE - Wiri Wiri chili - TORRID 15g
Description
This small chili harvested in Ecuador is highly prized, especially in Guyana where its cultivation is difficult. It has a flavor close to a cayenne pepper with notes of sun-dried tomato, but its heat is closer to that of a habanero. You can use it in dishes that allow it to rehydrate (e.g., stews, sauces...). If you want to avoid biting into a piece of chili, use an infuser during cooking. Feel free to taste your dish regularly to remove it once you have reached the desired heat level. For more heat, you can cut it in half.
