Kampot IGP pepper has made its mark in the world of gastronomy. To obtain these beautiful black grains, the green grains are harvested at full maturity and sun-dried for several days. Its scent, both intense and refined, offers a floral flavor with subtle notes of eucalyptus. This is an exceptional pepper that you can use daily, but it especially enhances red meats and sauced or stewed dishes. Use it at the plating stage to preserve its qualities.
