Wheat Grains

We produce our pasta exclusively with the durum wheat that we grow and harvest each year in the fields surrounding our farm, following the principles of Good Agricultural Practices.

Only two ingredients go into making our pasta: semolina and water.

The Mancini Wheat Grains (wheat grains) are made using a bronze die carefully designed to faithfully reproduce the shape of our 4 varieties of durum wheat, then dried for 21 hours at low temperature (min. 40 °C, max. 56 °C). 

Each grain measures 9 mm in length and 3.4 mm in width.

The cooking time is 8 to 10 minutes.

A small shape, ideal for small pasta, broths, and soups, born to celebrate the raw material from which each new harvest gives life to our Farm Pasta.
