To achieve exceptional results during processing, each fruit is handpicked when it reaches the perfect degree of ripeness.
The product is processed within a few hours in artisanal workshops located just a few kilometers from the fields. The San Marzano tomato is suitable for all types of recipes, prefers quick cooking, and is able to express its full potential in both simple and elaborate dishes.
