INGREDIENTS: "durum wheat semolina" stone-ground, from organic farming.
ALLERGENS: gluten – traces of soy – traces of mustard.
PRODUCTION AND USES: flour obtained by milling a blend of different durum wheat varieties, ORIGIN: ITALY, carefully selected and sifted.
This flour is suitable for making breads, pasta, desserts, and focaccias typical of southern Italian tradition.
It is specified that this product is without added preservatives or improvers.
