The organic Type 00 flour for fresh pasta from Mulino Marino is a special soft wheat flour, ground very finely and with a high protein content, ideal for homemade pasta. It ensures an elastic and dimensionally stable dough, as well as a firm and tender texture.

A perfect flour for egg pasta such as tagliatelle, ravioli, lasagna, tortelli, or gyoza.
