Mulino Marino's soft wheat flour 0 is obtained through two Piedmont organic farming methods: natural stone milling and cylindrical milling. The grains are selected based on quality, safety, and biodiversity criteria and are ground respecting their original characteristics without adding preservatives, stabilizers, or additives.

The Langa Marino organic stone mill is located in Cossano Belbo (CN). The mill's history is very old. Today, three generations of the Marino family work together, continuing with passion to preserve the art of stone milling. To avoid "burning" the flours, the large French circular stones must be hand-hammered once a week. The Marinos use only the best wheats in the world, all organic and GMO-free. They are also specialists in the rare "eight-row" corn, named after the number of grain rows.
