Organic soft wheat flour of type, also called "buratto" (name derived from the type of sieve used), stone-ground with natural stone. The slow stone grinding keeps the product "alive" because it is not overheated and the trace minerals naturally present in the wheat grain remain intact; this process makes the flour more nourishing, more digestible, fragrant, and flavorful. Try it to make bread, loaves, and savory fougasses—you will be surprised by how easily it works, whether by hand or with a stand mixer. Also ideal for round or tall pizzas prepared in molds.
Due to its rich and intense aroma and taste, Buratto flour is mainly used in the production of bread, pizza, confectionery, cookies, and fresh pasta.

The organic stone mill Langa Marino is located in Cossano Belbo (CN). The mill's history is very old.
