Mulino Marino BURATTO (Farine de blé tendre type "2") Biologique 1 Kg
Description
Organic soft wheat flour, also called “buratto” (name derived from the type of sieve used), ground with natural stone. Slow stone grinding leaves the product “alive”, because it is not overheated and the trace minerals naturally present in the wheat grain remain intact; this process allows the flour to be more nourishing, more digestible, fragrant and tasty. Try it to prepare bread, loaves and savory focaccias, you will be surprised by how easy it is to work with, whether by hand or with the pastry robot. Also ideal for round or tall pizzas prepared in molds.
Due to its rich and intense aroma and taste, Buratto flour is mainly used in the production of bread, pizza, confectionery, biscuits and fresh pasta.

The Langa Marino organic stone mill is located in Cossano Belbo (CN). The history of the mill is very old. Today, three generations of the Marino family work together, continuing with passion to perpetuate the art of stone grinding. In order not to "burn" the flours, the large circular French stones must be hammered by hand once a week. The Marines use only the best wheat in the world, all organic and GMO-free. They also specialize in the rare “eight-row” corn, so named after the number of rows of kernels.
