MOLINO BORRA - Pignoletto Corn Bramata Polenta 500g
Description
We produce our polenta from one of the oldest corns of Piedmont, the Pignoletto.
Thanks to a stone mill grinding, we obtain a bramata polenta flour, with a coarse grain, a strong flavor, and a slight bitter note at the finish.
It is excellent as a side dish for flavorful dishes and meats, but also served on a board or prepared as polenta concia (cheese gratin polenta).
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. After opening, reseal the package well to preserve its organoleptic qualities.
