CONVIVIA BIO - Organic Chestnut Honey 250g

Convivia chestnut honey is harvested in preserved wooded areas, located in the heart of the Etna Park in Sicily and in the heart of the Calabrian Sila. Production takes place between June and the first half of July, in mountainous areas situated between 700 and 1000 meters in altitude, where majestic century-old chestnut trees grow.

This honey has a dark color, with shades ranging from reddish to deep brown, and is characterized by a naturally fluid texture.
Its aroma is pronounced and aromatic, while its taste is rich, structured, and slightly bitter, ideal for those who appreciate honey with a strong character and less sweet than traditional varieties.
