Made from high-quality ceramic and hand-decorated, it makes it easy to grate garlic, ginger, cheese, chocolate, nuts, strawberries, and citrus zest, such as lemon or orange. It is ideal for preparing sauces, dressings, marinades, baby purées, and breakfast toppings.

Thanks to its ceramic surface, food does not oxidize as it does with a metal grater. It therefore preserves the freshness, aromas, and natural flavors of the ingredients.
