We take it out of the oven after 36 hours of preparation and natural rising. Its soft dough contains candied oranges made only with water and sugar, raisins, and the inimitable aroma of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.

Soft wheat flour T45, butter, candied orange peel, raisins, pasteurized egg yolks, sugar, natural sourdough starter from the mother dough (soft wheat flour T45, water), acacia honey, candied orange paste, candied lemon paste, whole milk powder, salt, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
