The Cuttlefish Ink Risotto from the Gli Aironi company combines the delicacy of the best Carnaroli rice with the inimitable taste of cuttlefish ink.

This risotto is not precooked, but simply moistened with vegetable stock. Then it is freeze-dried, and it is this process that allows it to release a truly exceptional aroma and flavor within minutes.

Try it by lightly deglazing it with a light white wine and continue cooking according to the directions.
