Our taralli are made exclusively with extra virgin olive oil from Apulia, using artisan techniques, without yeast and highly digestible. Each one is unique.

The burnt wheat taralli stand out for their intense and slightly toasted flavor. The burnt wheat (grano arso) is a traditional flour from Apulia, made from roasted grains, once recovered after harvest. Today, this ancient technique is mastered to offer deep, smoky, and authentic aromas, giving the taralli a rustic and incomparable character.

Ingredients: soft wheat flour, roasted durum wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, white wine, salt.
