Today, respecting these ancient techniques, combining past and present, in the small village of Aspra (PA), historical reference point for the processing of anchovies, starting exclusively from fresh fish caught in the sea Sicilian, this exceptional anchovy is obtained by attentive and skillful hands, to guarantee the true flavor of Sicilian anchovies salted in oil.
