Freely inspired by Pandoro, Monte Nuvola features a fine, light and incredibly soft dough thanks to a very long 42-hour preparation. The ingredients are added little by little, in the right order, with care and love. Before serving, sprinkle it with powdered sugar to enjoy it at its best.

Type 45 soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, pasteurized whole eggs, fresh cream, natural sourdough starter made from mother dough (type 45 soft wheat flour, water), white chocolate (whole milk powder, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), pasteurized egg yolks, Marsala wine (contains sulfites), acacia honey, salt, brewer’s yeast, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.
