Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is made from the milk of cows raised freely in the fields of poppies and fresh grass of Parma (Italy).
After its artisanal production, it is aged for 24 months to obtain an intense and characteristic flavor.
One of the best cheeses in the world which, combined with our stone-ground flour and our olive oil, gives unmatched quality and flavor to our crackers.
We let our dough rest 12 hours and bake slowly to preserve nutrients and achieve a delicious extra thin and crunchy cracker.
You can enjoy them alone or paired with your favorite snacks.
