“La Campofilone” egg tagliatelle goes very well with rich sauces for special occasions, such as red meat ragù. They are made with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, all coming exclusively from the company's supply chain, 100% made in March. They are dried at a very low temperature and cook in just 2 minutes.
