LA CAMPOFILONE - La Sfoglia egg pasta 250g


“Campofilone” pasta can also be used without prior cooking. To enjoy excellent homemade lasagna, simply spread layers of pasta on a baking tray, alternating them with abundant seasoning (an excellent traditional meat sauce, tomato sauce or, failing that, a sauce with base of seasonal vegetables and cheese creams) and adding mozzarella, béchamel and grated parmesan. They are made with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, all coming exclusively from the company's supply chain, 100% made in March. They are dried at a very low temperature and cook in just two minutes.
