LA CAMPOFILONE - Fettuccine egg pasta 250g


“La Campofilone” fettuccine is suitable for any type of sauce, from the simplest to the most refined, whether meat or vegetables. They take their name from the verb "to slice", as tradition dictates that they are prepared by rolling up a thin sheet of dough, which is then rolled and finally cut. They are made with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, coming exclusively from the company's own supply chain, 100% made in Marche. They are dried at a very low temperature and cook in just two minutes.
