Description
In the late 2000s, the ketje worked for two years in a restaurant on the Spanish beach of Marbella. He then discovered that Andalusians do not have Andalouse sauce to go with their fries. They eat patatas bravas: a kind of “Andalusian fries,” served as tapas.
Now, Brussels Ketjep offers another BK sauce – the Brava – with a Belgian touch. The taste of Andalouse boosted by the spiciness of patatas bravas.
