Guérande Artisans du Sel fine salt is a natural and artisanal sea salt harvested by hand from the clay of our peninsula by independent salt workers for consistent quality.
It is obtained naturally by sieving the crops in our workshop without grinding or drying. Its fine crystals melt quickly for all uses from cooking to final seasoning. Its salty power is a little more pronounced than that of Fleur de Sel. Fine unprocessed salt is a unique product offered by Artisans du Sel.
Salt is kept dry.
