Natural, artisanal, vegan, extra-thin and crispy, with no additives or colorings and no palm oil. Non-GMO.
We infuse our oil with black truffle. Black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has an intense flavor and an exquisite aroma. It is harvested in the town of Sarrión (Teruel), home to the world's largest oak plantation. Tuber Aestivum, or summer truffle, grows from early summer through autumn. It is distinguished by its angular ridges. It is dark brown, and its flesh has an intense, characteristic aroma and flavor.
The flour is stone-ground by hand. Stone-ground flours are more nutritious and aromatic than those ground with industrial steel rollers.
We let our dough rest for 12 hours and bake it slowly to preserve the nutrients and produce an extra-thin, crispy yet substantial cracker.
