Ingredients: apples (EU) 54% (apples, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), sugar, salted butter caramel 11%* (sugar, fresh cream, fresh butter 18%, glucose syrup, Guérande salt 0.5%, Guérande fleur de sel 0.1%), lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin.
