Red tuna tarantello in olive oil, handmade and crafted by hand. Ideal as an appetizer seasoning with a few drops of lemon or as a key ingredient in preparing a sauce or dressing.
Being such a small part, tarantello can only be obtained from large tunas using artisanal processing techniques passed down through generations. It is halfway between tuna and belly: it is milder than red tuna fillet, without reaching the fattier texture of the belly, yet it does not lose its flavor. The olive oil enhances its taste, making it even milder and more flavorful.
Ingredients: red tuna tarantello (55%), sunflower oil (44%), Sicilian sea salt.
May contain traces of fish, shellfish, nuts, soy, peanuts.
