The recipe is the traditional one, used since ancient times by the housewives of Apulia, the cornerstone of our culinary heritage passed down by our mothers and grandmothers.

Suitable at any time of the day, for lunch, dinner, as an appetizer, or a simple snack.

Ingredients: Type "0" soft wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, olive oil, white wine, fennel seeds, salt.
