Description

During the warm months, the thin slices of summer black truffle bring liveliness and character to a cold dish, thanks to their delicate flavor and subtle texture that evoke the Italian countryside. Used as a garnish, this carpaccio enhances and complements a simple recipe made with fresh buffalo mozzarella, marinated anchovies, and seasonal vegetables.
It also transforms a very simple dish into something special, for example when added to hard-boiled eggs as summer truffle carpaccio.

Ingredients: summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 64%, Italian extra virgin olive oil, salt, flavoring.
Storage: at room temperature while the product is sealed. After opening, keep refrigerated (2–4 °C) for 7 days, covered with extra virgin olive oil.
