"Campofilone" pasta can also be used without prior cooking. To enjoy excellent homemade lasagna, simply layer the pasta sheets on a baking tray, alternating them with a generous seasoning (a traditional meat sauce, tomato sauce, or, if unavailable, a sauce made from seasonal vegetables and cheese creams) and adding mozzarella, béchamel, and grated Parmesan. They are made with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, all sourced exclusively from the company's supply chain, 100% made in Marche. They are dried at very low temperatures and cook in just two minutes.
