"La Campofilone" fettuccine are suitable for all types of sauces, from the simplest to the most refined, whether meat or vegetable. They get their name from the verb "to slice," as tradition has it that they are made by rolling a thin sheet of dough, which is then rolled up and finally cut. They are made with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, sourced exclusively from the company’s own supply chain, 100% made in Marche. They are dried at very low temperatures and cook in just two minutes.
