Infermentum - Fig, Apple and Walnut Panettone
Description
Our homage to Verona, birthplace of Infermentum, and its winter tables garnished with figs, apples and nuts. It is an interpretation of tradition, without raisins, where the mellowness of the fig and the sweetness of the apple mingle with the crunch of the walnut, in a rustic taste experience. This is our signature, most popular cake.

Flour wheat soft T45, butter, yolkseggs pasteurized, sugar, dried figs (figs, water, sulfur dioxide, potassium sorbate)(8%), candied apples (8%), natural leaven from the mother dough (flour of wheat soft T45, water), nut (5%), acacia honey, candied orange paste, milk whole powder, salt, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
For the topping: sugar, Hazelnut chopped, whiteseggs pasteurized.

Contains: gluten, lactose, nuts, hazelnuts, eggs. Produced in a factory that also uses nuts and derivatives of milk.
