Organic balsamic preparation based on honey

Artisanal balsamic product , organic of excellent quality, made in the Pollino National Park in Viggianello, in a border area between Basilicata and Calabria.

The producing company is " Apicoltura Serra del Prete ", which has won several awards for its honey, including a gold medal at the 12th international competition of the best organic honeys " BioMiel 2019 ».

This balsamic product is a preparation based on wildflower honey enriched with a hydroalcoholic propolis tincture, peppermint essential oil, and organic eucalyptus essential oil . It is particularly effective against coughs and, when used daily, helps prevent colds.
Tip for using it as a sweetener in hot drinks or milk: do not add it when the drinks are boiling, but wait until they reach a pleasant drinking temperature. High temperatures significantly alter the beneficial properties of honey.
