A special black olive, one of the best table olives, perfectly balanced between a delicate aromatic flavor and a pronounced taste.
The pitted Taggiasca olive is typical of the western Ligurian Riviera, but its reputation has now crossed the borders of our region, becoming one of the most prized ingredients of top chefs.

Ingredients: Pitted black olives 68%, extra virgin olive oil 30%, sea salt, wine vinegar, acidifier E330.
