The artisanal La Cerqua pasta, bronze-drawn, is prepared at low temperature and slowly dried from a rigorous selection of Italian raw materials.
The fettuccine infused with fragrant Italian truffles offer a perfect meal in under 5 minutes. Simply season them with extra virgin olive oil, butter, or cream. To enhance the flavor, add Parmigiano Reggiano or a gourmet touch with a few shavings of fresh truffle.

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs (33.4%), soft wheat flour type “00”, summer black truffle 5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).
