ORANESSENCE - Sri Lankan Black Curry (Roasted) (45g box)

Description

Spices play an essential role in Sri Lanka. The island's specialty is "Rice & Curry": a plate of rice served with about ten curries (eggplant, mango, meat, fish, or Pol Sambol). According to tradition, each spice is roasted to create a very aromatic but not spicy curry. Our black curry is made from about ten spices roasted by hand and then ground into powder in our workshop in Normandy.

Ingredients: coriander, cumin, pandan rice, MUSTARD, Malabar pepper, Ceylon cinnamon, clove, cardamom, nigella, fennel, curry leaves.
