A carob spread, organic and made exclusively with Sicilian ingredients.
The main ingredient of this spread is the Carrubato di Sicilia bar which, once melted, is carefully worked by gradually incorporating Nebrodi hazelnuts and olive oil. A sensation of richness and aromatic depth will envelop you as your palate is won over by this smooth and velvety carob cream.
Its intense hazelnut notes evoke gianduja, but this spread contains no cocoa, no chocolate, and no added sugars: it can be described as a “gianduja of Sicilian carobs.”
Since Carrubato di Sicilia contains no caffeine, this spread is free of stimulants: an ideal treat for children, chosen by parents for cakes and sweet preparations.
