Ursini - Sauce La Gricia 170g

Gricia is the “white” version of the very popular amatriciana. This is in fact the original recipe, before the arrival of the tomato in Italy (16th century). The ingredients are a perfect seasoned bacon, an excellent Pecorino, a white onion, a handful of spices, all linked to an excellent extra virgin olive oil.

Ideal with: rigatoni, half sleeves.

Ingredients :
Onion 49%, extra virgin olive oil, dried pork cheek (pork, salt, dextrose, sugar, natural flavors, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservatives: sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) 15%, Pecorino Romano PDO cheese ( sheep's milk, salt, rennet) 13%, white wine (contains sulphites), acidifier: lactic acid, garlic, black pepper.
