ORANESSENCE - Paella spices 45g

A delicious blend specially created to flavor your paella. For added authenticity, feel free to add saffron (0.1g/ 8 people), previously infused in one or two tablespoons of warm water. 

Ingredients: sweet chili pepper, smoked paprika, turmeric, GARLIC from France (SULFITES naturally present in garlic, onion, shallot...), anise seeds, allspice, bay leaf, mace, black pepper, cayenne pepper, Himalayan pink salt

• No additives, no coloring agents, no preservatives, non-irradiated
• Origin: made in our workshop in Normandy.
• Allergen: SULFITES
• Allergens: This spice blend contains sulfites due to the presence of garlic, onion, or shallot, which naturally contain them. The garlic, onion, and shallot we use in our blends are grown and processed in France and are guaranteed to have a sulfite level below 10ppm/kg (the regulatory threshold for allergen declaration).
• Allergens: In our workshop, we handle the following allergens: mustard, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, sulfites (naturally present in garlic, onion, shallot). We take the utmost precautions to avoid any cross-contamination. Nevertheless, traces of these allergens may remain.
