Oroazzurro Oregano Anchovies represent one of the flagship products of Calabrian tradition: whole anchovies, selected and cured in salt according to tradition, accompanied by oregano, for a dish with fresh and fragrant notes.
The anchovies come exclusively from Calabria and all the ingredients used, from the oil to the oregano, are strictly local.
