Simple to use, Pescatora sauce is ideal for seasoning spaghetti, linguine and tagliolini or for making an exquisite risotto. Also ideal for garnishing slices of toast, lightly flavored with garlic. An original way to taste this sauce is to combine it with yellow polenta, both fresh and rusty. With a harmonious but decisive flavor, it has a pleasant sweetness contrasted by the acidity of the tomato.
