Patè de amberjack is a delicious and versatile product. A perfect condiment for preparing aperitifs spread on bruschetta bread or for garnishing canapes as you wish. Also ideal for flavoring hot or cold pasta-based starters or to give an extra touch to fish-based main dishes.

Ingredients: amberjack (50%), olive oil (26%), sunflower oil, white wine vinegar (contains sulfites), capers, garlic, chili pepper, parsley, fructose, Sicilian sea salt.

May contain traces of fish, molluscs, crustaceans, soy, nuts.
