Description

Used to make bruschetta and tramezzini or as an ingredient to enrich main meat or fish dishes, garlic pâté is a preserve with a strong flavor and multiple uses.

It can be used to flavor first and main courses, to make a tastier stir-fry, or as a spreadable cream on crispy bread croutons. Garlic, besides being a strongly flavored ingredient, is also a very powerful antibiotic and natural anti-inflammatory.

Ingredients: garlic 70%, sunflower oil 28%, capers, chili, apple vinegar (contains sulfites).

May contain traces of fish, nuts, mollusks, peanuts, and soy.
