CAMPISI - Tomato Concentrate 220g

A concentrated tomato extract to give your sauces a more intense flavor.

Pachino tomatoes are carefully selected and, by removing as much water as possible during the process, are reduced into a concentrated cream. This way, all the flavor of Sicilian tomatoes is concentrated and bursts in your dish. Exceptional on toasted bread with a drizzle of oil, to enrich the seasoning of pasta first courses, or to prepare flavorful sauces accompanying meat and fish.

Ingredients: triple concentrated tomato paste (95%), olive oil (4.5%), bay leaf.
