Busiata Trapanese is a particular form of pasta with a helical shape, which makes it perfect for containing important condiments.
Ideal for seasoning with fish sauces, tomato sauce and especially the famous Trapani pesto.

Do you know why it is called Busiata?
The most credible hypothesis is that the name comes from the busa, a stem of the disa - a typical plant of the Mediterranean scrub - that local farmers wrapped and tied the bundles of ears.

Finishing :
Trapani busiata is drawn in bronze and dried slowly at low temperature.
